1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "phpgp," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phpgp online casino and sports betting platform operated at phpgp.cam and all associated services, features, and content.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses phpgp services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on phpgp platform, identified by a unique username and password.

• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by a User into their phpgp Account for the purpose of wagering on Games.
• "Withdrawal" means any funds requested by a User to be transferred from their phpgp Account balance to their designated payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by phpgp to Users.
• "Wagering Requirements" means the conditions that must be fulfilled before Bonus funds or winnings from Bonuses can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to register an Account and use phpgp Services. phpgp operates under responsible gaming standards aligned with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations, which require all online casino and sports betting participants in the Philippines to be 21 years or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Jurisdiction Restrictions

phpgp Services are intended exclusively for individuals physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of phpgp complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. phpgp reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions or territories without prior notice.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a phpgp Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

2.4 Account Verification

phpgp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID, postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days of the request. Failure to provide verification documents may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.5 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted only one (1) Account on phpgp. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different personal information, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. phpgp employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Discovery of multiple Accounts will result in closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances and Bonuses, and permanent ban from phpgp Services.

2.6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify phpgp immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. phpgp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phpgp accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks), and over-the-counter payment at authorized outlets including 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier. phpgp reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and User verification status. phpgp may impose additional deposit limits based on responsible gaming policies or regulatory requirements.

3.3 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name and under your ownership. phpgp strictly prohibits third-party deposits or withdrawals. Use of payment methods belonging to another person, even with their permission, will result in Account closure, confiscation of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

3.4 Processing Time and Fees

Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the bank. phpgp does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.5 Currency

All phpgp Accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the payment processor, which may differ from official bank rates. Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the User.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

phpgp processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are available for verified Accounts. Bank transfers may be arranged for larger withdrawal amounts. phpgp reserves the right to select the withdrawal method at its sole discretion if your original deposit method is unavailable.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Verified Accounts receive withdrawal processing within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya transfers during business hours. Bank transfers may require one (1) to five (5) business days. Unverified Accounts may experience longer processing times. Withdrawals requested during weekends or Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is three hundred Philippine Pesos (₱300). Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on User verification level and withdrawal method. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may be imposed. phpgp reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, phpgp requires completion of Account verification including submission of valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Additional documentation may be requested for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds or when suspicious activity is detected.

4.5 Wagering Requirements for Bonuses

Withdrawals are permitted only after fulfilling all applicable Wagering Requirements for any active Bonuses. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds. Detailed Bonus terms are available in Section 6 below.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phpgp operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Users must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal to prevent use of phpgp for money transfer purposes. phpgp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All Games on phpgp utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment operated by professional dealers. phpgp guarantees fair gaming outcomes and publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all Games. You agree to play all Games in good faith for entertainment purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phpgp and will result in immediate Account closure, fund confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software designed to exploit phpgp Games or Services;
• Collusion with other Users or dealers to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after gambling with deposited funds;
• Money laundering or use of phpgp for illegal financial transactions;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phpgp staff or other Users;
• Opening multiple Accounts to abuse promotional offers;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Underage gambling or allowing minors to use your Account.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a Game malfunction, error, or technical failure, all affected bets shall be void and refunded. phpgp's liability is limited to the amount of affected bets. Winnings resulting from malfunctions will not be honored. You agree to report any suspected Game malfunction to phpgp customer support immediately.

5.4 Betting Limits

Each Game on phpgp has minimum and maximum bet limits clearly displayed. phpgp reserves the right to refuse bets that exceed maximum limits or to adjust betting limits for individual Users based on gaming history or responsible gaming concerns.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible phpgp Users as determined by phpgp in its sole discretion. phpgp reserves the right to exclude Users from promotional offers, limit bonus amounts, or modify bonus terms without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players; professional or advantage players may be excluded.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before Bonus funds and related winnings become withdrawable. Wagering Requirements typically range from 20x to 50x the Bonus amount and must be completed within a specified timeframe (usually 30 days from Bonus issuance). Failure to complete Wagering Requirements within the timeframe results in forfeiture of Bonus and winnings.

6.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all Games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less (often 10-20%) or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotional offer's terms.

6.4 Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds

When playing with active Bonus funds, the maximum bet allowed per spin or hand is typically ten Philippine Pesos (₱10) unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while Bonus funds are active will result in forfeiture of Bonus and related winnings.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

phpgp employs sophisticated systems to detect Bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses, betting patterns designed to convert Bonus funds with minimal risk, or coordinating with other Users to abuse promotions. Suspected Bonus abuse will result in Account closure and fund confiscation.

6.6 Promotional Terms

Each promotional offer has specific terms and conditions which supplement these general Terms. In case of conflict between promotional terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotional terms shall prevail for that specific offer.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

phpgp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices aligned with PAGCOR guidelines for Philippine operators. Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income or financial stress. phpgp provides tools and resources to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Users may request self-exclusion from phpgp for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit, wager, or access phpgp Services. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

7.3 Deposit Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for seventy-two (72) hours to provide a cooling-off period. Deposit limit decreases take effect immediately.

7.4 Reality Checks and Session Limits

phpgp offers reality check notifications that remind you how long you have been playing. Users may also set session time limits, after which access to Games will be temporarily restricted.

7.5 Problem Gambling Resources

8. Intellectual Property

All content on phpgp including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, and audiovisual materials are the exclusive property of phpgp or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use phpgp Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phpgp content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

phpgp collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection regulations including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using phpgp Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. phpgp implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect User data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and you acknowledge that phpgp cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phpgp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of phpgp Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities. phpgp's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the claim. phpgp shall not be liable for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control including internet connectivity failures, server downtime due to maintenance or technical issues, acts of God, or actions of third-party service providers.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your phpgp Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all Wagering Requirements are met and no violations of these Terms have occurred.

11.2 phpgp-Initiated Suspension or Closure

phpgp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Common reasons for Account closure include violation of these Terms, Bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, multiple Accounts, underage gambling, or behavior deemed detrimental to phpgp or other Users. Upon closure for Terms violations, phpgp may confiscate Account balances and withhold withdrawals.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phpgp reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200) on inactive Accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

12. Amendments to Terms

phpgp reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the phpgp website. Continued use of phpgp Services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Material changes may be communicated via email notification to registered Users.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of phpgp Services, you agree to first attempt resolution through phpgp's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, with proceedings held in Metro Manila. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against phpgp.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
